Windscreen (dead cat) For outdoor shoots. Wind will ruin audio.

SD cards At least 2 (64GB each)
Shot list (printed) Ensure shots will no be missing
Water bottle Keep voice clear on recording.
Umbrella For sun or rain.
1. Equipment Failure
Risk: Camera/mic malfunction during solo shoots
Mitigation:
Backup Gear: Prepare a second camera for a spare purpose
Smartphone Protocol: Pre-tested Vivo smartphone with Filmic Pro app as emergency recorder
Audio Redundancy: Recorded dual audio (lavalier + camera mic)
2. Location Issues
Risk: Bad weather for drone video at Checkerboard Hill
Re-schedule as necessary
3. Health/Schedule Conflicts
Risk: Subject (myself) unavailable due to age-related fatigue
Prevention:
Shoot Buffer: Scheduled all physical scenes across 3 weekends
Stand-ins: Trained nephew for hand close-ups (matched skin tone)
4. Data Loss
Risk: Corrupted footage
Backup System:
3-2-1 Rule:
3 copies (SD card + laptop + Google Drive)
2 local devices
1 offsite (OneDrive)
Checksum Verification: Used Hedge to validate transfers
5. Actor absence
Risk: Disruption of shooting plan
